You have the option of choosing between a gentle, relaxing and a stimulating version of our Ayurveda week. Relaxing and soothing massages await you during the Ayurveda Beauty Week. Special treatments that can be emphasized in this context are the Abhyanga - full body oil massage, the Garshan - silk glove massage, as well as the massage with hot herbal bags Jambira Pinda Sweda. The Recreation week, on the other hand, focuses more on stimulating, powerful Ayurvedic massages. They are intended to release tension and energize. In this context, the Thalodal, a pressure massage, and the Ayur-Yoga massage are particularly worth mentioning.
