The Ayur Yoga massage - important info
Ayur-Yoga massage combines the knowledge of Ayurveda with the knowledge and elements from Yoga. The massage is done with a combination of Ayurvedic herbal oil and ground Calamus powder, which are gradually applied to the appropriate parts of the body. During the massage done on the floor, deep Ayurvedic massage strokes alternate with stretching techniques from yoga.
