Fflexifasting is the successful combination of intermittent fasting and a varied sports program for weight loss and weight management. This program alternates between intensive and active days with different training focuses:
- The intensive days focus on building strength and activating the muscles with a coordinated nutrition program. This ensures the ideal energy level during training, but also enables a short regeneration phase afterwards. These days are rounded off with special fascia training and stretching for the muscle groups under strain.
- The activity days offer a small contrast to this with longer hikes through the beautiful nature of the Bavarian Forest, as well as relaxation techniques such as yoga, Pilates or aqua aerobics to balance things out.
The program is supplemented with lectures on nutrition and weight management - so that you can continue to be active at home.
Flexifasting: the benefits at a glance
Please note that our fasting package - Buchinger therapeutic fasting - is a fasting program for healthy people. With us, you fast on your own responsibility and without medical supervision. If you regularly take medication or are undergoing medical treatment, please discuss everything with your doctor in advance.
Our fasting arrangements regularly start on Sunday. At 16:30 there will be a guided tour of the house and at 17:00 an introductory lecture on fasting. Arrival on Sundays between 14:00 and 16:00 is therefore recommended. Depending on availability, you can also arrive on other days.
